I found FBF after an online search & decided that it sounded just what I had been looking for. That was about 5 weeks ago and I have been going every day since. I have also changed my diet by reducing the amount of sugar & processed food I eat and increasing vegetables and fruit.
I have lost approx. 8kg so far but more importantly I am starting to feel stronger both mentally & physically and I know that by continuing to work on myself I will be able to achieve my goal of being in a healthy weight range. My other goal is to improve my core strength which in turn should help to improve the pain I have with my lower back. Achieving both of these goals is extremely important for my long term health and well being.
Since joining FBF I have felt welcomed, supported & encouraged every single day. It certainly makes getting up & getting to bootcamp so much easier when you know you have such a lovely, positive, supportive group (and trainer!!) to train with.
