This is by far the best group exercise program I have ever encountered. Julie is awesome. The workouts are always different which keeps you on your toes. She pushes you when you want or need to be pushed and eases off when you need a rest. You can really go at your own pace and the rest of the group is always welcoming and friendly. It's really affordable - you can go as much as you want! I've been going for three weeks and can't wait to meet my fitness goals in the next few months. Julie genuinely cares about you as a person and that makes a huge difference when you are debating whether you should go or not. You know you'll have a good time so it's usually easy to put on that gear and go. The workouts fly by and there's plenty of encouragement from all sides. We feel like a little family and will always be excited by newcomers! I have an injury which prevented me from exercising (being scared to hurt it) but Julie has adapted exercises for me, checked in on me, and made sure I was using proper technique. I haven't felt this good since my injury 6 months ago. I have more energy, I want to eat healthy foods (unheard of for me!), and I'm sleeping more soundly at night. It is wonderful to be part of Julie's team.
