FULL BODY FITNESS PURCHASE AGREEMENT
– As a Full Body Fitness Bootcamp Client you are entitled to instruction with a qualified Personal Trainer.
– Sessions usually run for the duration of 45 minutes, which will include a warm-up, main workout and post workout cool down, unless otherwise arranged by your Personal Trainer.
– Session times/locations may be modified or cancelled and remains at the discretion of Full Body Fitness. Every effort will be made to contact Members in these circumstances including changes to Sessions on public holidays.
– You understand that any delays to the start of a scheduled session will not be a cause of extended services beyond the remainder of the scheduled time. You will not expect or request your trainer to run overtime.
– Every possible effort is made to deliver sessions on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation with out notice. Full Body Fitness is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
– All purchases are final. Full Body Fitness does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, user error, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.
– You understand Full Body Fitness has the right and the authority to terminate the program at any time, without a refund, if you do not follow the program or fail to conduct yourself in an appropriate manner. Full Body Fitness reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, including members and have the right to cancel your membership without warning or notice for inappropriate behaviour that may be considered threatening, harassing or dangerous.
– Membership costs may increase from time to time to reflect increases in expenses. We will notify you of any changes at least 2 week prior of any membership cost increases.
- By participating in sessions with Full Body Fitness, I consent to photographing and the use of images or video clips for promotional purposes.
– Full Body Fitness acknowledges and respects the privacy of its members. We will securely and confidentially maintain all personal, medical and training information and individual training logs pertaining to you and will not disclose your information to any third party in any circumstance except where required by Federal or State laws. You will receive communications from Full Body Fitness time to time updating you on items relating to Personal Training programs, our memberships or promotions. Full Body Fitness uses a range of mediums to communicate with members including, but not restricted to; Facebook, email, SMS and telephone.
– You must notify us of any pre-existing medical condition or injury. We are not trained medical professionals. Before you undertake any vigorous exercise program, you should consult your doctor. If you believe there is any risk to your health from doing any of our exercises, you must notify us immediately.
– It is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your health status that may alter your ability to perform your prescribed exercise program. You are advised to not attend a Bootcamp session if suffering from any infections or contagious illness, disease or other ailment or whilst suffering from any physical ailment such as open cuts or sores or minor infections where there is a risk, however small, to the trainer and/or other members.
– You agree to turn up to sessions 5 minutes before scheduled commencing times to receive a debriefing and be ready for the session to commence. You agree to dress in appropriate workout clothing and sporting footwear during all sessions, that will be comfortable and supportive. Also ensure you bring a mat, water bottle and towel. It is recommended that you have eaten within 2 hours of your training sessions and are well hydrated. Training on an empty stomach, with low blood sugar or in a dehydrated state does not allow you to perform at your best. Equally, eating a large or heavy meal just prior to your session should also be avoided.
– Full Body Fitness will not be held responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings and will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of any property brought into the area by you or your guests.
– You understand that during any training session provided by us, there is a possibility you (and your guests) may suffer an injury or illness as a result of participation in the agreed physical activity program.
- You recognize that you are medically able to participate in and undertake physical exercise. You also recognise that you are not aware of having any medical problems that might worsen if you commence physical activity at Her Health & Fitness.
- You agree to give us all relevant personal health and fitness information both before and during the course of any exercise program or other activity. You also agree to complete our Pre Screening Activity Questionnaire. In some cases, responses you give may require that you get medical guidance before exercising.
- Children are welcome to attend sessions with their parents and remain the responsibilty of the parent/s. Full body Fitness will not be held liable for any loss, incident or injury of any child that may occur before, during or after the session time.
- By accepting this Agreement at the time of purchase, each time you use the equipment and services, you must ensure you are in good physical condition and know of no medical or other reason why you should not use the equipment and services until you have sought appropriate medical guidance and been given the go-ahead. You participate in the activity at your own risk and responsibilty.
– In attending bootcamps at Full Body Fitness, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Full Body Fitness or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
1. The Bootcamp 10 Session Pack expires 10 weeks after the activation of the pass. The activation date is the date of purchase.
2. No refunds, transfers or suspensions are offered on unused portions of passes due to illness, user error, injury, or any other reason. Extensions will be considered for debilitating injury or sickness at our discretion. A medical certificate would be required for this consideration.
3. Booking etiquette: All sessions must be booked in by notifying us via SMS or the official Full Body Fitness Facebook Group or Page in order to attend. Please notify us if you are unable to attend the session for any reason, as an unexplained “no show” to the session will still count towards your 10 session pack.
1. This document outlines the rights and responsibilities that you have with regard to entering into a Unlimited Sessions Membership Pass with Full Body Fitness.
2. In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply: “Full Body Fitness”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, means the organisation providing the service which the Customer is paying. The “Customer”, “Client”, “You”, “Yours” means the person signing this Membership Agreement. “PT” means Personal Training and/or Personal Trainer.
3. The minimum term options are Weekly, Monthly or 6 Monthly.
4. This membership allows you unlimited bootcamp sessions held at all locations.
5. You understand your membership will run for a minimum term of 1 payment cycle (1Week, 1 Month or 6 months depending on the membership purchased), and then until further notice. You must advise us in writing with 2 weeks notice if you wish to change, pause or cancel your automated recurring membership payments.
6. Membership fees will be charged to your credit card, bank account or PayPal account depending on your original payment preference. The start date will begin from your membership purchase date.
7. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly, monthly, quarterly auto-debit / auto-charge for your selected membership. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Full Body Fitness reserves the right to process payment at anytime to settle any debt owed. If an auto debit is declined due to insufficient funds, the payment processor will attempt to charge your credit card, bank account or PayPal account again 3 days after the first failed attempt, and 3 days after a 2nd failed attempt. If the charge has not been successfully processed after the 3 consecutive payment attempts, Full Body Fitness reserve the right to charge a $15 'failed payment dishonour fee' on top of any outstanding membership fees.
8. If an auto-debit / auto-charge cannot be made for any reason, Full Body Fitness may in its absolute discretion, process the payment anytime after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in your account.
9. Full Body Fitness is in no way responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.
10. Memberships can be paused for holidays and other circumstances after the first term has passed for a total of 4 weeks per year with a minimum period of 1 week. You must advise us in writing with 2 weeks notice if you wish to pause your membership. In the event you request to pause your membership for any reason, and your notice falls within the 2 weeks before the pause is to commence, a 'membership pause administration fee' to the equivalent value of 4 days membership will be incurred.
11. A member may only request to terminate / cancel their agreement within the minimum term if: - You become sick or incapacitated and cannot exercise for a period of twelve (12) months or the remainder of this contract (whichever is longer) and you provide a medical certificate; or if you move 30kms or more from the bootcamp locations (namely Brightwater Estate). A cancellation fee of 50% of the outstanding amount remaining will apply if you cancel your contract within the minimum term for any of these reasons listed in point #11.
12. If you wish to cancel your contract for any other reason, you are not entitled to any refund of monies paid.
13. Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation with out notice. Full Body Fitness is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
14. You agree that your membership is not assignable or transferrable to any other person, persons or organisation.
15. You understand that during any training session provided by us, there is a possibility you may suffer an injury or illness as a result of participation in the agreed physical activity program.
16. You will participate in any sessions at your own risk and release us from any and all liability now or in the future, including but not limited to medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, that may occur as a result of the correct and proper delivery of services under this agreement.
17. By ticking the box “I agree with the above terms” at the time of purchasing your pack or membership, you hereby acknowledge that you have read and understood each individual clause of these Terms and Conditions and agree to accept and be legally bound by its content.
Cancellation of an appointment/session will require a 24hr notice period. The session will be rescheduled for another time to catch up the session. To not show or to not notify inside the 24hr period before your appointment time the full session fee will apply. This helps increase the likelihood of you reaching your goals through a serious investment of time and money.
Full Body Fitness will guarantee that we will be on time for your scheduled session, that you will be satisfied with the session and that over time your strength, fitness and energy levels will improve. If we fail to deliver a PT session that will challenge and promote your fitness, you will receive the next session for free! :)

- You'll be on time and prepared for your training session and appointments
- You'll be open and honest with us in regards to your health and fitness routines, habits, diet, injuries and illnesses
- You'll be committed to completing exercise plans and health choices
- You'll let us know immediately of any concerns you have about any exercise programs or in working together
- You'll take personal responsibility for getting the most out of training with your Personal Trainer
By paying for and attending either the Group Fitness and Personal Training sessions, I certify that I have read, fully understood and agree to all the provisions listed above in the Full Body Fitness Purchase Agreement.
