We know that fun shouldn’t be mistaken for a lack of hard work which is why we feel that 'fun in fitness' for kids comes from challenging themselves to improve all the time.
Our bootcamps help Kids work together as a team to accomplish a common goal. Having fun is found in the growing friendships they make while completing physical challenges. They all succeed as a team as they encourage each other to do their best. Full Body Fit Kids bootcamps emphasise ‘full body workouts’ that get the heart pumping and stimulates metabolism. There is an emphasis on proper form and technique for safety, and every child is encouraged to work at their own fitness level while being motivated to push themselves to new fitness levels.
Your qualified Full Body Fit Kids Trainer
Full Body Fit Kids bootcamps is run by Brightwaters popular Personal Trainer - Julie Dunford. As a mother herself, She knows the importance of proper exercise keeping young bodies active and healthy - especially in today’s age.
Julie is passionate about fitness lifestyle and is a qualified and experienced trainer holding the following qualifications:
- Accredited to run kids fitness programs
- Working with children permit (bluecard)
- Police check
- First Aid & CPR certification

All Kids from 7 - 11 years old are welcome and siblings receive additional discount. Choose from one of our flexible billing options that suit you below.
All Fit Kids Membership Passes are paid in advance and can be cancelled at any time by contacting Full Body Fitness on our CONTACT page and providing 2 weeks notice.
(*Please note: Convenient fortnightly Membership Passes are processed until the term has completed)
(The sessions run throughout school term dates and fortnightly payments are currently put on hold outside of these times.
